I currently rent and my lease has restrictions on use of the premises. Of which a business ran from the home is not allowed. I have gone through the appropriate state requirements to get licensed and they have given me a paper stating a day care is an activity of the home not a business. I need to be pointed in the right direction to get something to show the landlord other than that paper. Any advise would be great.

getting clients that need in home help is not hard to do, but how do i know what to charge for the services, do i compare prices with other companies or do i see what their insurances are willing to pay, or family members are willing to pay? i would hate to not help anyone who really needs the help all because they don’t have the funds. how do i charge these people?
