I realize nursing homes can be super expensive. Is there anything I can purchase now for my mother (68) and aunt (70) should they become too sick for me to care for them on my own in the - hopefully - far future? I want to be a good daughter/niece during a time that I will possibly have to focus my financial attention on children (don’t have, but hopefully will at that point in life).

I recall the struggles they had with my grandma and the nursing home they could afford, which was not the nicest. I’d like to place them in nice facilities in which they are comfortable and well cared for if it becomes impossible for me to continue on my own - when the time comes, of course.
