And is it better to go private or through the department of human services?

getting clients that need in home help is not hard to do, but how do i know what to charge for the services, do i compare prices with other companies or do i see what their insurances are willing to pay, or family members are willing to pay? i would hate to not help anyone who really needs the help all because they don’t have the funds. how do i charge these people?

My sister-in-law is wanting to start an adult foster care business with less than 6 residents in her home, in Michigan. Is there a grant or loan that she can apply for to assist her in starting this?

if there is some kind of weather element and when peoples flights or most flights are cancelled, what if the planes set to leave after the weather is resolved are full, could it be a 2 or 3 day wait to get on a plane out??? Why does that have to happen, I am annoyed with that most of all where your flight is cancelled and you are stranded there for 2 or 3 days, WHY WHY WHY??????? why do they let them be stranded there that long? why can’t they find a way to get everyone out soon, dont they care. I mean people would lose their minds if they were stuck there that long. There were stories of people getting stuck in the airport last Christmas and awoke on Christmas morning in the Chicago airport. THERE WERE STORMS, WHY COULDNT THEY GET THEM OUT as soon as the storm was over?? When I flew someone were and went somewhere every week when I started a job in March, my job coach was worried and he said to me (AS MY DAYS OFF WERE TUESDAY AND WENSDAY) what if my flight gets cancelled and I can’t get in until Sunday? why did he say that, could I be stuck in the airport that long What would happen to me at my job if that happened? if anything happened the airline would owe me restitution for not getting me on something that could get me home soon. Why, let people be stuck after the weather resolves?
IF YOU ARE STUCK IN THE AIRPORT FOR days after your flight gets cancelled when you are headed home, what about stuff to take care of or events to see around your area, or YOUR JOB (What would happen to ones job?).

Remember told you this: my plane from Manchester to Phili left (i was going to Phoenix) a little late due to a storm and them deicing the plane, when the plane landed it announced passengers to San Francisco see the gate agent and I Asked a woman what that meant and she said they arent going to make it, why because the plane left? and I asked her if she missed her connection in the layover and she said it happened to her and she was stuck in chicago for 3 (THREE DAYS), why couldnt they put her on something to her out sooner than that, WHY STUCK FOR 3 days???????????????? They should have put her on something.

how close was I do you think to my flight getting cancelled last January when I flew to PHoenix from Manchester and it was snowing in MAnchester and there was already snow on the ground 1-2 hours before my flight left and I was flying out of US airways and all Southwest flights were cancelled, you think that was close? I Was set to take off on a WEnsday morning at 5:45 am and return home very late Sunday night. IF MY flight was cancelled, when would I have gotten to Phoenix? (I connected in Philadelphia and PHiladelphai to PHoenix was full).

can that happen where in your connector city, your flight to your last destination is cancelled due to weather when you get there? And what happens then? What if you lose your whole trip, will they refund you or refund part of your ticket or let you reschedule your trip. what if I want to make up the trip?? what will you do in the connector city, will they put you on a flight once the weather resolves?
I hate how airlines are not responsible for ones ruined or lost trip when THEY CAN waive these rules or fees!

My father died and kept wonderful care of a lot of useful tools. Chandler area. Woodworking, general home repair, automotive, etc. I would like a reputable organization who could use these as a donation or pass them on to someone who can. Must be able to pick them up.

My 80 yr old mother will shortly be undergoing surgery for which I believe she may need some in-home care afterwards. She has two kinds of insurance (Medicare and a supplement), with no assets to speak of. Does anyone know how I go about finding out what she might be entitled to vis-a-vis in-home care? I’ve read a bit online, but between long-term care, short-term care, home-health care, custodial care, palliative care, Medicare parts A,B,C, and D, and blah, blah, blah….you get the picture. And what if she needs care on a more regular basis, depending on how this all turns out? Overall, I feel like I’m in a bit over my head. Any guidance out there? And thanks for your answers.

I am looking for a software that I can download from online that could allow me to edit my videos. I am looking for something with good editing tools, but ideally nothing too confusing. I am very impressed what I see in imovie ‘09, but I do not have a Mac, nor do I care to pay 80 bucks for a package deal. Something cheaper would be preferred, and something that works with Windows Vista Home Premium. I would like to be able to cut video footage, add stills and play with sound. Any suggestions?
